This service is ideal for clients that do not want the arduous, and laborious duties of planning a wedding. OBOL events are skilled in sourcing, connecting and planning both large and small intimate weddings. We get a thorough understanding of our client needs, desires and budgetary constraints during an in-depth consultation.
The consultation process outlines the client journey and the derivation of ideas, themes, and other admin related tasks such as procurement, guests and vendor management. On your event day an expert team of event coordinators led by the lead planner will ensure a thorough and successful set up with all suppliers involved.
This is a planning partnership between Loveth and the client. We offer assistance on a combination of event tasks allowing the client to sign out of the back and forth with specific suppliers – we will ensure that you are kept in the loop.
OBOL events will handle the communication, logistics and the management of tasks that fall within our remit. You will be able to choose a combination of four tasks for this service. Wedding Day Management is included in all our planning services. However this is also attainable as a separate service. There will be an initial consultation introducing the couple to the OBOL process. Once we have acquired the relevant information and are up to speed with the preparations you have put in place (e.g. suppliers, venue, entertainment, etc.), we will give access to a shared platform in which floor plans, schedules and overall arrangements can be accessed.
This is a full day coordination by our definition of 10 hours managed by a lead coordinator and assistant coordinator(s). If you will require additional hours, we are happy to accommodate this. We will oversee and assist with all set up tasks, ensuring all your brilliant ideas are implemented accordingly.
