Our Approach

Working across the East of England, Calm Futures supports people living in a range of accommodation styles including individual apartments, specialist single story properties and shared houses. Every person we support has their own tenancy agreement and front door.

Calm Futures is committed to delivering support that is grounded in the individual needs, wishes and aspirations of the person receiving it, recognising its moral and legislative obligations. We pride ourselves on positive risk taking.

Our intention is that people are treated as individuals and that people’s needs, wishes and aspirations are responded to in a person-centered way. This acknowledges how they are affected by their diagnosis but does not define them by it because we cultivate a culture of shared learning and development.

Our teams have the skills, knowledge and experience to provide support that empowers people and promotes improved quality of life outcomes.
